We offer a variety of cake classes from the basic Wilton to speciality fondant and gum paste classes. All of our classes are taught by professional decorators and/or pastry chefs. Expand your cake knowledge and sign up today for one of our fun and exciting cake classes Classes are limited to 12 students and a minimum of 3.

General Class Information (does not apply to demonstrations): Payment is required in advance to reserve your space in a class. If you cancel before the deadline date (2 days prior to start date), the fee is refundable or can be transferred to another class. After the deadline date, the fee is not refundable or transferable. Note: ** Classes/demos with less than 2 students are subject to cancellation.

Confection Connection Cake Club Meeting

Meets the last Monday of every month (unless it falls on a holiday). Come join us for a night full of tips and tricks and demonstrations. Mingle with other cake enthusiasts who share the same cake passion you do. Please feel free to bring your own cake photos to share wtih everyone. We have beginners to professionals who attend, so please dont feel intimated. We can all learn from each other by sharing our own ideas and tips. Hope to see you there!!
